Shipping Policy — Ikiru Clothing

Thank you for shopping at Ikiru Clothing. All our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Please read the following carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order.

Made-to-Order Production

Every item in our store is printed and produced specifically for you after your order is placed. This means we do not hold pre-made stock. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Germany / Checz Republic 5 - 10 business days
United Kingdom 5 - 15 business days
Other EU Warehouses 5 - 15 business days
United States 10 - 30 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Ikiru Clothing is not liable for delays once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

Ikiru Clothing works with various warehouses across the world, and some may not have a specific clothing piece in stock in the warehouse close to you, which results in longer delivery times.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at support@ikiru-clothing.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Ikiru Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@ikiru-clothing.com — we can only make changes before the order enters production.

IKIRU ships to all countries in Europe, and to North America (Canada, USA).
