IKIRU is a POD brand, which means that we have no stock. But we work with various warehouses in Europe, UK, and the US (so not in China) that print our clothing once ordered. Quality and delivery is our priority which we can always guarantee. Check our Shipping Policy to confirm ;)
IKIRU mainly used DTG which is one of teh most common printing techniques. Besides that we alo somethimes use embroidery for more simple designs.

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours from our warehouse.

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we recommend the following steps:

Check with neighbours, reception or other secure delivery locations.
Review any delivery notes from the carrier.

Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, it is inspected and processed within 10 business days. After approval, the refund is issued to your original payment method.

IKIRU works with verified warehouses in Europe, UK, and the United States. They have standards that need to be required before a certain item is used for production & shipping.
IKIRU has added the washing information at the bottom of every product description. It will also be a standard tag on the garment itself.
Yes, digital gift cards are available on our website.
Select your preferred amount and complete the purchase online. The gift card will be delivered electronically by email, along with instructions on how to redeem it.
