Ikiru Clothing – Refund & Returns Policy (2026)

14-Day Return Policy (EU Customers)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

However, because all Ikiru Clothing items are made-to-order, returns are only accepted under specific conditions (see below).

To be eligible for a return under EU law, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • With tags and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: As our products are custom-made on demand, most items are exempt from standard returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at:

If your return is eligible, we will provide:

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Returns must be approved before being sent.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return address is on request.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To resolve the issue, we require:

  • A clear photo showing the problem
  • If multiple items are affected: one photo or video showing all items

Resolution Options

If approved, you will receive:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund
  • A % back & keeping the item

You do not need to return damaged or defective items.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Wrong color selected
  • Change of mind

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Print Quality Disclaimer

For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products:

  • Slight print placement variations (up to 0.5 inch / 1.27 cm) are normal
  • These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies for a return, the fastest way to get a new product is:

  1. Receive your refund (if approved)
  2. Place a new order

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days only if the item is not custom-made.

Since Ikiru Clothing products are made-to-order, this right may not apply in most cases, in accordance with EU consumer law exceptions for personalized goods.

Delivery Issues

If your order cannot be delivered successfully:

  • You may request a reprint (additional shipping costs may apply)
  • Or receive a partial refund

Refunds

We will notify you once your request has been reviewed.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund
